Difference between pixel lightsaber vs RGB light sabers?
Pixel lightsaber is more complex in its build with heavier electronics than an ordinary RGB light saber. It also gives a more realistic look, has different special visual and sound effects in the blade and the hilt, and costs a lot more to build or buy than your standard RGB lightsaber. Pixel blade has more LEDs per given area, and it consumes a lot more battery in a shorter time as compared to the standard RGB light saber due to the sound and visual effects.

We're huge Star Wars fans, and I've seen the ones in Galaxy's Edge, but there's really no reason to throw that kind of coin away. ☠️😭
The hilt of this lightsaber is about 11 inches long, and the blade is about 36 inches long, so the total length when assembled is about 46 inches. (My 37.5-inch kid is holding it for size reference.)
While users can manually change the "sound effect font" (character/sound effect), background music, blade color, and blade effects... once you get the hang of it, gesture control (see video) is faster and easier than manual control. I especially love that the blade sounds change based on the selected Star Wars character!

The different colors are bright and vibrant, the sound effects/background music are great, the lightsaber has a good length-to-weight ratio, and it feels high-quality. You really get what you pay for!
At the time of review, this item (RGB style) was listed for $129.99, which is a fantastic deal considering it costs over $220 in Galaxy's Edge! Highly recommended!

As a 501st member: this is THE screen-accurate Darksaber. The unstable blade flicker? Matches The Mandalorian frame-for-frame. Hilt engraving details are insane – even has the tiny Clan Vizsla markings. Tested sound sensitivity: reacts to every wrist flick with that iconic vzzzzt-CRACKLE. My garrison commander offered me 50 credits for it on the spot. Nope!
I have 7 lightersabers from 7 different characters so far, and this is my newest favorite one. Although I much favor the Sith over the Jedi, I must admit there are some very nice jedi sabers. This Leia saber is beautiful! A shiny rose gold finish with pearl accents. It has a decent weight and does not feel cheap at all. It is not the heaviest out of my collection, but it certainly isn't the lightest. I was worried from some reviews that it would be too light, but it definitely isn't. Like, I love Luke's rotj saber design but hate how light it is, this Leia saber is significantly heavier that that one. Seems to be 100 percent metal except for the battery pack on the inside of course. This is one gorgeous lightsaber, perfect for princess Leia Organa, now if only she would join the Dark Side.
Igniting this saber feels like unlocking a dark artifact. The deep crimson blade with black core is MENACING in dim light. Heavy dueling? We smashed it against oak branches – no dents! Motion sounds adapt to your aggression: slow swings hum ominously, fast strikes SCREAM. Now I need a second one…
Very sturdy and has a good heft to it. The handle alone is beautiful and works perfectly for cosplay or the like. The included app for adjusting the lighting effects works well, and is easy to use. Haven't been able to use it much yet for dueling, but the sound effects seem pretty great, too!
The flat black pixel blade hums with menace – like holding pure void energy. When I triggered the thoom ignition sound? Chills. Spun it during a power outage and the unstable edge effect made my neighbor yell 'Darksaber!' from his yard. Clashed it against a blue saber and the metallic CRACK sounded like Beskar hitting beskar. Worth every cent for the theater alone.
I love this lightsaber it get's the job done. I love swinging the lightsaber around. I love all of the different colors it has and all of the different sounds the saber can make. The design is amazing it was put together really well. My only problem was the manual to work it, it was a little confusing on how to get all of the different settings on the saber but I watched the videos on the product and got the hang of it. if you are looking for a lightsaber to buy this would not dissipoint.
