Processing

It normally takes 2 business day for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

What is the processing time?

The item’s processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it.

After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests to ensure the product's quality before shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design, and size of the specific product or article.

Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes 2 business days for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.

2-7 days on USA Domestic shipping for SELECT ITEMS ONLY :
Only for US residents, 1 week delivery on Items available in our USA Product Collection if "USA Domestic 2-7 days" shipping method is available at checkout. If not then it means there's no current stock in the US and the saber will be built and shipped from China.

Please allow 2 to 3 open days for order processing on top of the 2 to 7 days shipping time.

Packages shipped from warehouses in the United States, usually using USPS or UPS ground, take 2-7 days for delivery.

Packages shipped from warehouses in Spain, usually using DPD EUROPE, take 3-7 days for delivery.

Packages shipped from warehouses in Australia, usually using EPARCEL or FASTWAY, take 3-7 days for delivery.

Packages are shipped from the factory in China, we ship a complete lightsaber via DHL/UPS/FedEx, the delivery time is about 3-12 days.

We always ship small accessories and empty hilt vhc parts with Epacket, the delivery time is 14-25 days.

As to the Epacket, before the package arrives in the United States and is handed over to USPS, it is transferred by a third-party logistics company. You can enter the package tracking number through the link we provide to track the latest status of the package, or else contact us any time. We will reply to you as soon as we receive your message.

Notice: During major holidays, order processing and logistics updates will be affected. Thanks for your understanding.

Taxes and Customs
All taxes are not included in the price.
The customs duties in different countries are collected by the local customs and paid by the customers themselves, and the sellers do not charge relevant fees or pay on their behalf.

Due to the customer's failure to clear customs and pay tax in time, customs returned the package and we will have the right not to reissue it and not refund it.


Shipping cost

Shipping is free within the United States, while for other countries, shipping costs vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. To estimate shipping costs, simply go to the shopping cart and use our evaluation tool.


Our building and shipping process
Except for in-stock USA, Spain and Australia lightsabers, most lightsabers are built on order and shipped from the factory in China with a tracking number so you can follow its course. Production can take 2 weeks (normally it only takes 2-3 days)and as our shipping partners work with customs at departure, it can take a few additional days before you get your tracking number or see movement on said tracking number. Overall you should expect to receive your lightsaber within 20-25 days.

Depending on production and the occasional shipment holdup, this timeframe can vary a little bit (December for instance ... might get busy)

Delivery to PO Boxes is impossible.
